1. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Unless stated otherwise in your purchase terms, access continues through the end of the active billing period and then does not renew.

2. Refund Eligibility
- Initial subscription charges may be considered for refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Unused prepaid credits may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests must come from the billing contact tied to the original purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Charges for periods that have already renewed after prior notice.
- Credits or usage already consumed by rendering or export activity.
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
- Custom enterprise work, setup services, or one-off implementation fees unless separately agreed in writing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@tilevision.app with your account email, purchase date, invoice reference, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for limited supporting details to verify the request.

5. Review Timeline
